At UniquelyYourGifts, we place great value on fast and reliable delivery. All orders are handled with great care.
Shipping & Free Shipping
Orders of $45 USD or more qualify for free shipping.
Orders below $45 USD will be charged shipping fees based on the destination country.
Processing and Shipping Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (New York Time, EST/EDT).
No processing or shipping occurs on weekends or public holidays.
After processing, orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
The total delivery time is 4 to 10 business days (processing time + shipping time).
Address Correction
If the provided shipping address is incorrect, please contact our customer service immediately before shipping to make the correction.
Orders corrected within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund.
After shipping, address changes are no longer possible, and the order cannot be canceled.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
The Track & Trace system is activated within 24 hours after shipment.
Confirmation & Tracking
Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Normally, our warehouse requires 1 to 3 business days to process your order (excluding pre-order items).
After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order.
You can also check the status of your order in your user account.
Note on Tracking
If no delivery information appears when you click the tracking link, don’t worry!
It may take up to 24 hours for the first scan information to be registered by USPS.
Delivery Delays & Issues
If your order is delayed for unforeseen reasons, we will inform you via email.
If your package is lost during transit, we offer a free replacement or a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We offer a 30-day return and exchange service.
