RETURN POLICY

At UniquelyYourGifts, we place great importance on quality, design, and customer satisfaction. If any clothing or customized product you ordered does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy to ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.


Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
After this period, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns.


Eligible Reasons for Return

You may request a return or refund if:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect;

You are not satisfied with the product (e.g., style, color, size, or material), as long as it meets the return conditions below.


Return Conditions

Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition;

The original packaging (including tags, accessories, and protective materials) must be intact;

Customized or personalized products (including items with custom prints, embroidery, engravings, or other personal designs) cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged;

Sets or bundled items must be returned in full and cannot be partially returned.


Return Process

Please email us at support@uniquelyyourgifts.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include the following details:

Full name

Order number

Reason for return

(If applicable) Photos of the item and/or packaging

Our customer service team will review your request and send you the return address and further instructions within 1–3 business days.
Please ensure that you use a trackable shipping service when returning your item.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method used.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.


Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, defective, or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost;

For personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, size not suitable, or style preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order and return the original one in accordance with this policy.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing support@uniquelyyourgifts.com.

After this period, your order may have entered the production or shipping process, and only returns in accordance with this policy will be possible.
