CANCEL ORDER
At UniquelyYourGifts, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we aim to make it easy for you to cancel or modify your order — as long as it has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at support@uniquelyyourgifts.com. As long as your order has not yet entered processing or shipping, a full cancellation is possible.
Order Modifications
If you would like to make changes to your order — such as adjusting the color, size, or shipping address — please contact us within 24 hours as well. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order has not entered production or packaging.
Refund for Canceled Orders
For all canceled orders processed in accordance with this policy, a refund will be issued within 1–3 business days after receiving your cancellation request. The refund will be automatically credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 days for the amount to appear in your account. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
